This course is designed to train the joint civil affairs and other forces assigned the Security, Stabilization, Transition and Reconstruction (SSTR) mission. Courses will focus on how to collect, process, analyze, fuse, share, and disseminate civil information. The asymmetric software packages along with the CIM processes used to analyze the Political, Military, Economic, Social/Cultural, Infrastructure, and the Information/Media (PMESII) will be the foundation of this course. This course will prove a key tool to conduct CIM at the tactical, operational and strategic levels.
